Low Country Carpet Care is a full service carpet and upholstery cleaning company locally owned and operated based out of Conway, SC.
We have a large service area including all of Horry County, parts of Georgetown and Marion Counties in South Carolina and part of Brunswick County in North Carolina.
Low Country Carpet Care uses the hot water extraction method (a.k.a. steam cleaning) which is the only method recommended by all the carpet manufacturers.
All of our technicians are trained and certified by the IICRC (The Institute Of Inspection, Cleaning And Restoration Certification) (www.iicrc.com) a non profit governing organization of our industry. Low Country Carpet Care holds certifications in carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, carpet repair and re-installation, and water damage restoration. Our equipment, cleaning, and spotting agents are all given the seal of aproval by the CRI (Carpet And Rug Institute)(www.carpet-rug.org). Beginning January 2008 new carpet warranties will be void if the carpet is not cleaned every 12-18 months by a IICRC certified technician using equipment and cleaning agents with the CRI seal of aproval.
